Combined with my professional design skills, I am able to offer you a cost effective way to promote yourself and your business online. Below are the prices for two options both include 2 years hosting as well. There is an old saying you get what you pay for which is true, however this time you get 20 years worth of professionalism for a very lo cost.

tools are more complex however have greater flexibility and come with more features. It also has great useful tools like stats and social network integration and much more. its for more serious people. |

If you have a business that requires more flexibility and facilities then Option 2 - Pro is for you.If you just want your business to get online and don’t require any special features then Option 1 is better.Please note that 1k is the minimum amount I charge for creating a web site. Costs involve image re touching if required using photoshop to make sure the quality is 100% as well.

This web site represents the facilities I offer, i charge $55.00 per hour and are also available to work freelance, on a job by job basis, or under contract, please feel free to contact me to discuss anything in more details or to get a fixed quote. I can work to reasonable budgets as well.

Support
After I have designed your site I will show you step by step how to manage and maintain it. I use skype screen sharing for this so you can see exactly how to make changes. I am available most of the time on Skype as well for full online support for your web site.
Hosting

We use two different content management systems depending on your needs, each CMS comes with it's own hosting package contained within. This enables us to get a reduced cost for hosting which is why we have a minimum of two years on both packages, they also have all the facilities needed to create great effective websites. Option 1 = $80 Option 2 = $426 for 2 years (included) and does NOT include your domain name.

Icons are sourced from a variety of web sites that specialise in this industry, icons can vary in price, complete sets range from $0 - $150 depending on the creator, but the benefits far out weigh the price because of the effect they have on your customers. If you feel you need icons to make your web site richer then please let me know the kind you are looking for in the brief and ill source and price them for you through my affiliates. Cost

It will cost any where from one to two thousand dollars to get your web site up and running from scratch. The fees include my time and development, setting up all the systems and taking you through the various stages of design to make sure you're happy. It includes hosting for 2 years as well. Im sure you realise these fees are very low, however the systems I now have in place enable me to pass the savings on to you. its a win win.
Time

How long will it take? From the moment i receive all the information required (please see requirements) and if im not currently in the middle of a job, it should take me no longer than 5 days to have the web site completed and online for the world to see. The only delays that usually happen are when information is not in order so it's important to get that right.
Terms

I operate as a Creative Designer and therefore require a deposit of $500 to cover initial concept costs before proceeding with the design and build, the final payment is required on the approval of the client upon which the site will be made live.
